A few days ago I noticed that the windshield to cowl seal was warped at midpoint. The gap actually got bigger after the engine warmed up. I don’t know how big of an issue this is on the 3rd Gen Durango but is definitely an issue on my 2014 Citadel. The dealer is going to replace it next week.
I noticed our 2013's are doing that as well but not quite as bad as yours. Glad your dealership in going to take care of it. I may be paying a little visit to mine as well.
I wonder how many 3rd Gen Durango have this issue but the owners have yet to notice it. Like I said, I noticed it months ago but didn’t think any of it until I researched it and found out that it could cause serious engine problems. I have to bring my HemiD to the dealership twice. They have to see which parts are the problem and then order them instead of ordering all related parts and then return what they don’t use. They did the same during my recent recall visit for the visor wiring. Thankfully, they did the recall repair in one visit
Sounds like your dealer is trying to make the necessary correction. shewstringdon
